Every site visit is digitally tracked using QRIDit; an industry-leading Home Watch software program that allows you to retrieve visit reports in real time through our online portal from anywhere in the world.

No. Home Watch Services provide in person visits by a trained professional. Our role is to inspect your home for issues that can be of concern and address them while you are away.

Our services are tailored entirely around your specific needs. A typical Home Watch schedule includes 1-2 visits per week.
Yes. We do provide light, seasonal yard work while you are away. Rates are dependent on your property size, scope of work and frequency.
Yes. All staff are fully vetted before hire, including a criminal background check.
Yes. We are fully insured by Co-operators Business Insurance to perform work on your property. General Liability Certificates are provided for verification with all service agreements.
When the Home Watch Inspector arrives at your home, they will scan a posted QR code that was placed earlier. This date/time stamps their visit with GPS tracking. You are able to review site visit reports 24/7 through an online portal access we will provide you.
Yes. We can tailor a specific visit schedule and needs assessment for your commercial property.
Yes. Under our Key Holder agreement, we will allow access, show your rental property and follow your instructions to have the application process completed on your behalf. This is only one of the many benefits of having a Key Holder agreement in place with us.
Yes. We are able to craft a Key Holder agreement with you to address your specific needs with your short term rentals.
Yes. Many of our clients have us ‘pre-shop’ groceries prior to their return. What a wonderful experience to have your fridge and pantry lightly stocked with fresh items when you arrive home.
Yes. We do provide special services for Seniors. Some of our clients live out of town and simply need food or other items delivered to a loved one by a trusted face. Let May Home Watch be your trusted partner for helping seniors with these tasks on your behalf.
Yes. Bad weather, a fallen tree or sudden death in the family can lead to unexpected challenges brought on by an unoccupied home. May Home Watch is prepared to help you navigate issues when you can’t be there. We do accept calls 24/7 and will assist based on availability.
